1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and WallArts 4K ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms govern your download, installation, access, and use of the WallArts 4K mobile application, website, APIs, and associated services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, downloading wallpapers, subscribing to VIP plans, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and uninstall the app.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
WallArts 4K provides premium features, including ad-free browsing, unlimited 4K downloads, exclusive dynamic wallpapers, and priority AI wallpaper generation through paid subscription plans (VIP Access):
- Google Play Billing: In-app purchases on Android are processed securely via Google Play Billing. Billing cycles (monthly, annual) will auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Stripe Checkout: Web payments are processed via Stripe checkout infrastructure in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Google Play Store account under Menu > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- Refunds: Subscription payments and one-time unlock purchases are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or under Google Play refund policies.
3. Streak & Reward System
WallArts 4K features a daily streak reward system and ad-rewarded wallpaper unlocks:
- Streak Mechanics: Users can earn reward tokens and temporary wallpaper unlocks by logging into the app daily and completing streak goals.
- Rewarded Ads: Users may choose to watch short video advertisements provided by Google AdMob to earn reward passes for premium content.
- Expiration & Non-Transferability: Unlocked wallpapers, reward passes, or streak tokens hold zero cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire if reward terms specify a validity duration.
- Prohibition of Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate, automate ad views, emulate device IDs, or exploit reward bugs will result in immediate streak resets and permanent account suspension.
4. AI Wallpaper Generator
Our AI Wallpaper Generator feature allows users to input text prompts to create custom wallpapers:
- Acceptable Use: Prompts must not contain hate speech, explicit sexual content, violence, illegal activity, or infringe third-party trademarks/copyrights.
- Output Rights: AI-generated images are generated for personal wallpaper display. WallArts 4K retains the right to index, display, and publish public AI generations within the community feed.
- Fair Use Limits: Free users receive daily quota credits for AI generation. VIP subscribers receive priority generation speed and expanded daily quotas.
5. Strict Prohibition of Adult & Sexually Explicit Content
In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and global child & family safety regulations, WallArts 4K enforces a strict Zero Tolerance Policy against adult, pornographic, and sexually explicit content:

We strictly prohibit the generation, upload, sharing, transmission, or searching of any wallpapers, prompts, or media containing sexual violence, pornography, full or partial nudity, sexually suggestive depictions of minors, or sexually provocative artwork.
- AI Generation Filters: Our AI Studio integrates automated safety filters and keyword blockers that automatically intercept and reject prompts attempting to produce NSFW (Not Safe For Work) or sexually explicit visuals.
- Content Moderation: All wallpapers undergo automated and human moderation before inclusion in curated feeds to ensure safe browsing for users of all ages.
- Immediate Ban: Any user attempting to bypass safety filters, upload unauthorized adult material, or solicit inappropriate content will face immediate permanent account termination, device blocking, and report to relevant authorities where required.
6. Account Termination & Contact
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, void streak reward points, or restrict access to our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activity.
